Our products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and manufacture. We inspect each item by hand and eye at each step of the manufacturing process and any item found to be sub-standard is discarded.
But, we are human and errors do happen once in a great while... so if any item is found to be defective in either materials or manufacture it can be returned for free replacement.
Of course you realize that nothing lasts forever, not even natural leather, so this warranty must exclude normal wear and tear. Also - natural leather may have scars or blemishes that look bad but do not affect the durability or usefulness of the product.
When you first receive your products your tools may fit very tightly, this is normal, your tool sheaths will go through a break-in period just like a pair of shoes will.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders throughout the year will be billed at the prevailing prices. Quotations are valid 30 days from the date of quote unless otherwise noted. Typographical or similar errors are subject to correction.
Sales Tax:
Washington customers, where applicable, will be charged sales tax on all orders. This tax is calculated on the actual sale amount as shown on your confirmed order. If your business is exempt from sales tax for these purchases, we will need a signed 'Direct Pay Permit' for your file.
